The workshop Asymptotics 2024 was held at TU Bergakademie Freiberg from the 10th to 13th of June 2024. Researchers from 9 different countries discussed possible connections and common interests in the area of homogenisation and stability theory.

The social programme consisted of a 3 hours guided tour in the silver mines of Freiberg.

The workshop took place at TU Bergakademie Freiberg between the dates

18th of July 2022 and 22nd of July 2022. 

The conference focussed  on control theory and applications (predominantly) in     the area of partial differential equations. Apart from talks by experienced researchers there were extended poster-sessions for PhD-candidates and/or PostDocs     with a poster prize sponsored by Birkhäuser/Springer; the winners are
